What are the accepted payment modes for fee payment?
Fees can be paid through:
- Net Banking
- Debit / Credit Card
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, etc.)
- Demand Draft (at cash counter)

I paid the fee but the module shows it as unpaid. What do I do?
Wait up to 24 hours for auto-reconciliation. If still not updated, email finance@takshila.edu with your transaction ID, date, amount and screenshot.

Scholarship 1
How do I apply for a scholarship on the module?
Go to Finance → Scholarships → Apply. Select the scholarship scheme, upload required documents, and submit before the deadline. Track application status under the same menu.

What is the fee refund policy?
Refund policy as per UGC norms:
- Before classes start: 100% refund
- Within 30 days: 80% refund
- 31-60 days: 50% refund
- After 60 days: No refund
